What it is
A treat, and nothing more
Little Wins are treats for cats. Not a meal, not a complement, not a medicine: a small piece of something good, for the moments in a guide where something good should happen.
- Format: soft, chewy pieces about the size of a fingernail, chicken-flavoured
- The bag: 60 g, about 120 pieces, in a resealable bag of about 13 × 18 cm
- In the parcel: one bag, or two in each delivery of the method kit
- How many: up to ten pieces a day for an adult cat of about 4 kg, as part of the day’s food
- How to give it: one piece at a time, by hand, tossed, on a long spoon or close to the box, as the step in the guide says
- Keep it: sealed, in a cool, dry place; use within 6 weeks of opening

Where a treat comes in
Each track of The Stressed Cat has a step or two where a treat does a small job: it marks a moment your cat got right, or makes something new feel a little better.
- Peeing outside the box. A quiet reward after your cat uses the litter box. No fuss: one piece, close to the box.
- Scratching furniture. A treat for a scratch on the post, as part of making the post the best place in the room to scratch.
- Aggression towards other animals or people. Good things at a distance: a treat, tossed or offered on a long spoon, whenever the other animal or person appears, far enough away that nobody reacts. Never from your hand.
- Fear and hiding. Coaxing a timid cat closer: toss a piece near the hiding place, then a little closer each day, at your cat’s pace.
Made for those moments. Small enough to give often, and soft enough to break in half for a smaller cat or a smaller step.
Treats are part of the day’s food
Every piece counts towards what your cat eats in a day. On days with a lot of practice, take a little off the next meal, so the total stays about the same. Half a piece is a reward too: what matters is the moment, not the size.
If your cat is on a special diet, needs to lose weight or has a food allergy, ask your vet which treats fit, and show them the label.

Where do Little Wins come in?
In the reward steps: each track has a step or two where a treat marks a moment your cat got right. Little Wins are made for those moments, and the method kit brings two bags every 8 weeks, so they’re at hand when the day’s step needs them.
How many can my cat have in a day?
Up to ten pieces for an adult cat of about 4 kg, counted as part of the day’s food. On busy practice days, take a little off the next meal.
What’s in it? My cat has a food allergy.
The full composition will be on the label, and on this page, before Little Wins goes on sale. With a known allergy or a special diet, show your vet the label first.
What if my cat doesn’t like it?
It happens: cats change their minds about food. Use a treat they do like, because the step matters more than the treat.
Can I buy Little Wins without the guide?
Yes, at any time, as a single bag or in the method kit. They’re treats first: you can give them whether or not you’re following the guide.
I have two cats. What do I order?
Treats count per cat, so a bag goes about half as far with two. Add a single bag whenever you need one.
