About us
Your cat isn’t being difficult. We started Felina to help you understand what they’re saying.
Felina is a new, independent project for owners of indoor cats who want to understand their cat and change things at home, without piecing it together from scattered advice. We’re the Felina team, and everything on this site is written by us.

Why Felina exists
When a cat starts peeing outside the box, scratching the sofa, lashing out or hiding for hours, most owners find two kinds of help.
There’s free advice, and lots of it: tips that are often good, often contradictory, and almost never in an order you can follow.
And there’s a consultation with a feline behaviour specialist: personal, and the right choice for some cats, but not where most people start.
We wanted to build something in between: one clear method for four concrete problems, that you can follow at home, step by step, at a fraction of the cost of a consultation, with our team to answer your questions by email.
Vet first, always
Pain and illness can be behind every one of the four problems, and only a vet can rule them out. So the guide starts with the vet: Day 0 is the visit, with the signs for each problem that mean “call today”. The aggression track asks for the visit before any change at home.
We never give veterinary advice, and nothing we make is a medicine. When something in your email sounds medical, we send you back to your vet.
How the guide was built
The Stressed Cat started with a review of the published research on cat behaviour: what the studies say about stress, the litter box, scratching, conflict between cats and fear, and how strong each finding is. Every step in the guide rests on a source, listed for the expert who reads it.
Where the evidence is mixed, the guide says so, and our words follow it: stress is often part of these problems, not always, which is why our one message is “Often, it’s stress. First, rule out pain.”
Before the guide goes on sale, it’s read by a feline behaviour expert, and we correct what they ask us to.
What you can hold us to
- Vet first, always. The guide starts by ruling out medical causes. We’ll never suggest you skip the vet.
- One clear plan. One guide, with a track for each of four concrete problems, not a list of everything that could go wrong.
- Honest claims and prices. No miracle promises and no fake discounts. Every price on this site is the price.
- People, not scripts. Questions? Our team answers by email, whether you’ve ordered from us or not.
Where we are now
We’re at the start. There’s one guide, The Stressed Cat, for the four problems where stress often plays a part: peeing outside the box, scratching furniture, aggression towards other animals or people, and fear and hiding. Next to it, what the method uses at home: Little Wins, our treats, Felina Home, a plug-in diffuser, and the method kit, which brings them every 8 weeks.
Sales open soon. Until then, you can read the first five pages of the guide free.
Felina is run by Lorenzo Battistini, 39 rue Gambetta, 92800 Puteaux, France. The company’s details are in our legal notice.
See how it works
The best way to understand Felina is to read how the method works, from the first vet check to the last day of the guide.
