What it is
What it is, in plain words
When a cat rubs their cheek on the corner of the sofa, a doorway or your leg, they leave a scent there that people can’t smell. Felina Home releases a synthetic copy of that scent into the room, from a small diffuser you plug into the wall.
- Format: a plug-in diffuser for a standard EU wall socket, and a refill bottle that screws into it
- Size: about 9 × 6 × 4 cm, plugged in, with the refill fitted
- In the box: the diffuser, one 48 ml refill and a printed leaflet with how to use it
- In each refill: 48 ml, about 30 days with the diffuser on all the time
- Refills: in packs of two (2 × 48 ml, about 8 weeks), or two in each delivery of the method kit
- One diffuser: for one room, the one your cat uses most
- Keep it: refills closed and upright, at room temperature, out of reach of children and pets

One of the changes in the guide
In The Stressed Cat, a plug-in diffuser is one of the changes at home, so it starts on a day of its own: the evening of Day 3, once you’ve chosen your track, before the first change of Reset. It goes in the room your cat uses most and stays on.
Any plug-in diffuser of this kind will do: the guide doesn’t ask for ours.
Like every change in the guide, it stays in place, and you look at it with the others on Day 12. If your cat seems bothered by it, unplug it that day and write it down.
